2.3.5 Diversified Organization
Instituto Cervantes Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, England and Wales will be a diversified organization. The company works central and decentral. Courses, educational programmes, trainings and consultation activities will be executed by the business units from their own locations. These institutions take their own responsibility in this field. The business units form their own division. Divisions will be formed on the basis of three types of market diversity:

- products and services
- customers
- regions

The coordinating and supporting activities will be centralized by the holding company.

The head office is aimed to consist of three parts: a small strategical top where the highest direction has its seat, a small technostructure occupying itself with design and manufacturing of the performance control system and a somewhat bigger staff supporting group to provide similar services to all divisions.

Instituto Cervantes Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, England and Wales has the strategical objective to grow out as a professional, innovative organization.
